☆Appointments

Our salon is mainly by appointment only, however we take Walk-ins if we have availabilities. First time customers only can book through online booking system.

Due to seat and staff limitations, please try to avoid cancellations as much as possible.

☆Cancellation/Reschedule

All appointments require 24 hour advance notice for cancellation or reschedule. We confirm all the appointments by text or email the days before in advance.

If we don't get response back, we will take the deposit and refund once you show up on your appointment. For repeating clients, if we don't get response back even though we try to reach for a couple of times, the appointment will be canceled. Please be aware of it and response at your convenience. 

・Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service charge. Please be sure to select a day for your visit when you are certain you can make it in 

・Same day resuchedules will be charged 50% of the service charge if you reschedule to another day within a week. Must complete the fee before rescheduling.

・If you have a 2+ hour slot for your first appointment with us and cancel it on the same day, there is a chance that we will not be accommodate you in the future.

・If you have a history of multiple same-day cancellations or no-shows, there is a chance that we will not be able to accommodate you for future appointments.

★After care service

We are happy to fix, however it will be charged for a fix on your visit. Chrome might be exceptional.

☆Gift certificates

Gift certificates are available online as well as at the store.

It allows to use at both locations.

☆Payments

We accept visa, master card, american express and cash.

Please kindly provide all gratuity in cash or Venmo only. (18~20%)
